No. 2 Tabitha

Tabitha was acquired second-hand from a fellow 16mm enthusiast here in San Francisco. She runs very well and although she is manually controlled, she's easy to drive.

The technical specifications for Tabitha are:

• Chassis: 0-4-0, outside frames.
• Manufacturer: Locomotion, Warwickshire, UK.
• Standard Controls: displacement lubricator in cab, pressure gauge, water gauge, Enots pressure filling valve.
• Boiler: Working pressure, 55 psi. Single-flue, internally gas fired.
• Cylinders: diameter 1/2"
• Valve Gear: slip eccentric with slide valves.
• Overall Dimensions: 290mm x 130 high x 100 wide
• Weight: 2.5kg (5.25 lbs)
• Gauge: 32 or 45mm
