An hour later after a couple more round trips, No. 1 waits at Ardenwood for the last trip of the day.
As the sun starts to sink in the West, No. 1 runs round for the last train.

Back at Ardenwood, a peak into the cab shows us the splendid Victorian brasswork of an 1889 Porter.
